Can I Change My Delivery Address After Placing an Order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery address after an order has been placed. Our system locks in the address at checkout to ensure accurate routing to our drivers.

What You Can Do

If you need to change your delivery address, you have a 5-minute window after placing the order to contact us so we can cancel it. Then you can place a new order with the correct address.

  1. Contact us immediately via live chat (click the chat icon at the bottom of the page).

  2. Let us know you need to cancel your order due to an address change.

  3. Once cancelled, place a new order with the updated delivery address.

After 5 Minutes

If more than 5 minutes have passed, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please contact support and we'll do our best to help.

Tips to Avoid Address Issues

  • Double-check your delivery address at checkout before confirming.

  • Make sure your saved address in My Account is up to date.

  • Verify your address falls within our delivery map.
