Can Someone Else Order or Receive My Delivery?
No. The person whose name is on the account and medical recommendation must be the one who places the order and is present for all deliveries. This is required by California law.
Why Is This Required?
As a licensed medical cannabis delivery service, we are legally required to verify the identity and medical recommendation of the person receiving the delivery. The driver will check your ID at the door.
What If I Can't Be There?
If you're unable to be present at the delivery address, you'll need to reschedule. Contact our live chat support (10 AM – 7 PM daily) if you need to make changes to your order timing.
