What Happens If My Order Was Wrong?
We're sorry if something wasn't right with your order. Here's what to do depending on the situation:
Wrong Items Delivered
If you received items you didn't order, contact us immediately via live chat (click the chat icon at the bottom of the page). Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Missing Items
If your order arrived but items are missing, reach out to our support team via live chat right away. Please have your order number ready so we can look into it.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrived damaged or isn't working properly, please submit a return/exchange request at kushklinic.app/returns/. Someone from our team will be in touch within 24–48 hours.
Exchange Policy
KUSH KLINIC will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products up to 7 days after purchase with the original receipt. All non-damaged product sales are final. Unworn merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days with original tags and receipt. Refunds are not permitted — exchanges only.
Important Notes
Orders cannot be modified after placement. If something needs to change, contact us within 5 minutes to cancel so you can reorder.
