First-Time Customer Guide: How to Order from KUSH KLINIC
Welcome to KUSH KLINIC! Whether you're new to cannabis or just new to our service, this guide walks you through everything you need to know to place your first order and get it delivered to your door.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit kushklinic.app and sign up with your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. You'll need to verify your identity as part of the registration process.
Step 2: Age & ID Verification
California law requires all cannabis customers to be 21 years or older for recreational purchases, or 18+ with a valid medical cannabis recommendation. During signup, you'll need to upload a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport). Your account will be approved once your ID is verified.
Step 3: Browse the Menu
Once your account is active, explore our full product menu on the website. You can browse by category — flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, vape cartridges, topicals, and more. Each product listing shows the strain name, THC/CBD content, price, and weight.
Step 4: Place Your Order
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure your delivery address is correct. Note that there is a delivery minimum — check the checkout page for the current minimum order amount. Choose your payment method (cash on delivery or credit/debit card) and submit your order.
Step 5: Track Your Delivery
After placing your order, you'll receive an ETA notification via SMS to the phone number on your account. Delivery typically takes 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your location in Los Angeles and current order volume. Once the driver is on the way, you'll get real-time tracking updates.
Step 6: Receive Your Order
When the driver arrives, have your valid photo ID ready — the driver is required by law to verify your identity before handing over the order. The name on your ID must match the name on the account. Someone else can receive on your behalf only if they are listed on the order and have valid ID.
Payment Methods
KUSH KLINIC accepts cash on delivery and credit/debit cards. If you pay by card, the transaction may be processed through a cryptocurrency payment processor (converting to USDC) due to federal banking regulations in the cannabis industry.
