Timed deliveries, such as scheduling an order for a specific time or time window (e.g., 2–3 PM), are not supported. Orders are processed and delivered as soon as possible based on the current demand and delivery logistics. If you require your order to arrive at a specific time, we recommend placing your order closer to when you’ll be ready to receive it.
Alternatives for Customers Needing Specific Times
If your plans change or you need your delivery at a different time, you can cancel your current order and place a new one when you are ready to receive it. This ensures that your order aligns with your availability.
Steps to Cancel and Reorder
Cancel Your Current Order: Use the app or contact customer support to cancel your existing order.
Place a New Order: Once you are ready to receive your delivery, place a new order through the app.
