If you're not home or can't come to the door when our driver arrives, the driver will not be able to leave the order. California law requires the account holder to be present and show a valid ID at the time of delivery.
Will the Driver Try to Contact Me?
Yes — the driver will attempt to reach you using the phone number on your account. Make sure your contact info is up to date and that you're available around your estimated delivery window.
What Should I Do If I Missed My Driver?
Contact our support team via live chat as soon as possible (available 10 AM – 7 PM daily). Depending on where the driver is in their route, we may be able to arrange a second delivery attempt or coordinate a new delivery time.
