What ID Do I Need to Receive My Delivery?
You must present a valid government-issued photo ID when receiving your delivery. This is required by California law for all medical cannabis deliveries.

State-issued driver's license
State-issued ID card
U.S. passport or passport card
Military ID
Your ID Must Match Your Account
The name on your ID must match the name on your KUSH KLINIC account and medical recommendation. If there is a mismatch, the driver will not be able to complete the delivery.
Can Someone Else Show Their ID?
No. Only the account holder can receive the delivery. A friend, family member, or roommate cannot accept the order on your behalf, even with their own valid ID. See our related article: Can someone else receive my delivery?
What Happens If I Don't Have My ID?
If you cannot present a valid ID at the door, the driver will not be able to leave the order. Please have your ID ready before the driver arrives.
