Wondering about your delivery? Here's how to stay updated on your order.
After You Place an Order
Once you place an order, here's the typical timeline:
Order confirmed: You'll see a confirmation page. Your order is now being prepared.
ETA notification: You'll receive an estimated delivery time via SMS to the phone number on your account.
Driver en route: Once the driver starts heading your way, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow their progress in real-time.
Delivery: The driver will arrive at your address. You must be present with a valid ID to receive your order.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Typical delivery times are 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your location, current order volume, and traffic conditions. Most deliveries in central Los Angeles arrive within 45 minutes.
I Haven't Received an ETA
If you haven't received an ETA text after placing your order:
Make sure the phone number on your account can receive SMS messages.
International phone numbers may not receive SMS notifications — add a US number to your account.
