Checkout and Payment Troubleshooting

Having trouble completing your order? Here are solutions to the most common checkout and payment issues on KUSH KLINIC.

Payment Cancelled or Failed

If you see a "payment cancelled" page or your payment didn't go through:

  1. Try again: Go back to your cart and attempt checkout again. Temporary bank holds sometimes cause the first attempt to fail.

  2. Switch payment methods: We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and crypto. If one method isn't working, try another.

  3. Check your card: Make sure your card has sufficient funds and hasn't expired. Some banks block transactions they don't recognize — call your bank to authorize it.

Seeing a USDC or Crypto Prompt During Card Payment?

This is normal. Due to regulatory requirements, our payment processor converts credit card payments into a stablecoin (USDC) to complete the transaction. Your receipt will still show a standard card charge. The process is secure and industry-standard. It is safe to proceed when prompted about USDC.

Want to Change Your Payment Method?

Payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you selected the wrong payment method (e.g., card instead of cash), you'll need to:

  1. Contact us within 5 minutes to cancel the order.

  2. Place a new order and select the correct payment method at checkout.

404 Error or Page Not Loading at Checkout

If you see a 404 error or the checkout page won't load:

  • Clear your browser cookies and cache.

  • Disable any VPN you're using — VPNs can interfere with our checkout system.

  • Try a different browser (switch from Safari to Chrome or vice versa).

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
