How Do I Cancel or Modify My Order?

We understand plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling or modifying an order on KUSH KLINIC.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, you have a 5-minute window after placing it. Contact us immediately via live chat (click the chat icon at the bottom of the page) and let us know you need to cancel.

  • Within 5 minutes: We can cancel your order. You'll need to place a new one if you still want to order.

  • After 5 minutes: Your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it. Contact support and we'll do our best to help.

Modifying an Order

Orders cannot be edited after they have been placed. This includes changing items, quantities, delivery address, or payment method. If you need to make changes:

  1. Contact us within 5 minutes to cancel the current order.

  2. Place a new order with the correct details.

Can I Add Items to an Existing Order?

No. Once an order is placed, items cannot be added. If you forgot something, you can place a separate order (subject to delivery minimums) or cancel and reorder with all the items you need.

Can Customer Support Place or Modify Orders for Me?

No. For security and compliance reasons, our support team cannot place, modify, or cancel orders on your behalf through chat. All orders must be managed directly through your account on the KUSH KLINIC website.

What If My Order Was Wrong?

If you received the wrong items or your order was incorrect, please contact our live chat support immediately. For defective or damaged products, you can submit a return/exchange request at kushklinic.app/returns/.
