Can I Add Items to My Order or Adjust It After Placing It?
No — orders cannot be edited after they have been placed. This includes adding or removing items, changing quantities, or modifying your cart in any way.
What to Do If You Want to Add Items
If you need to add items to your order, you have two options:
Contact us within 5 minutes via live chat to cancel the current order, then place a new order that includes everything you need.
Place a separate order for the additional items (subject to the delivery minimum for your area).
What If an Item Won't Add Back to My Cart?
If you removed an item and can't add it back, the item may be temporarily unavailable or reserved in the system. Contact our support team via live chat — an admin can look into the availability and assist you.
Can Customer Support Place an Order for Me?
No. For security and compliance reasons, our support team cannot place, modify, or cancel orders on your behalf through chat. All orders must be completed directly through your account on the KUSH KLINIC website.
