Why Does My Product Not Work?

We're sorry you're having trouble with your product. Here's what to do:

For Cartridges Not Working

  • Check the connection: Make sure the cartridge is screwed on properly to your battery. It should be snug but not over-tightened.

  • Check your battery: Make sure your battery is charged and turned on. Most batteries require 5 rapid clicks to power on/off.

  • Try a different battery: If possible, test the cartridge on another compatible battery to rule out a battery issue.

  • Clean the contacts: Use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to clean the connection point on both the cartridge and battery.

For Other Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or isn't working as expected, please submit a return/exchange request at kushklinic.app/returns/. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Exchange Policy Reminder

Damaged or defective cannabis products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. All non-damaged product sales are final. Refunds are not available — exchanges only.
