Cannabis Product Exchange Policy

KUSH KLINIC will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories up to 7 days after purchase. To be eligible:

  • The product must be damaged or defective

  • You must have the original receipt

  • All non-damaged product sales are final

All exchanges are at the discretion of KUSH KLINIC. Refunds are not permitted — exchanges only.

Merchandise Exchange Policy

Unworn KUSH KLINIC merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached

  • You must have the original receipt

  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged

How to Request an Exchange

Submit a return/exchange request at kushklinic.app/returns/. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
